This is an area approximately bounded by North Michigan Park in the North, Eastern Avenue in the East, Catholic University in the West and the railroad tracks past Rhode Island Avenue in the South. Copies are also sent to DC elected officials and the heads of local businesses, institutions and DC agencies.
